3-20-11 Workout

So I did P90X Plyometrics and about 20 minutes of P90X Shoulders and Arms. Just really tired from the drive home today. My sisters Dance team got 2nd!! they did GREAT! here is what I did for the workout.
P90X: Plyometrics- 58 minutes 
P90X:Shoulders and Arms-
1)Alternating Shoulder Press- 10 Reps each arm
2)In and Out Bicep Curls- 20 Reps
3)Two Arm Tricep Kickbacks- 15 Reps
4)Alternating Shoulder Press- 15 Reps each arm
5)In and Out Bicep Curls- 20 Reps
6)Two Arm Tricep Kickbacks- 15 Reps
7)Deep Swimmers Press- 22 Reps
8)Full Suspension Concentration Curls- 25 Reps
9)Chair Dips- 25- Reps
10)Deep Swimmers Press- 20 Reps
11)Full Suspension Concentration Curls- 30 Reps
12)Chair Dips- 25 Reps
13)Upright Rows- 20 Reps
14)Static Arm Curls- 24 Reps
Roll Out/ Stretch
