5-22-2011 Pole Vaulting

Hey guys so I am sick but I couldn't miss a vault day. I took way to many jumps but its alright. I really want to get my last steps quicker,Take-off more outside, speed up my swing while keeping my trail leg straight all the way to the top, pop and turn faster, so pretty much the whole vault. This is going to be my main focus. I will now only be lifting twice a week and start doing speed plyo's once a week also. I am very happy with my vaulting progress. I am sorry for the people who dont like my slow motion recording, but It helps me a lot. Here is the video.
