5-31-2011 Pole Vaulting

Hey everyone! today was a great day.I was focusing on my run and take-off mainly and trying to just keep the vault moving(No Hesitating). I thought it went very well. I still see a ton to improve on through out the whole vault but it sure is coming a long nicely I think. I am not moving up poles right now, even though I could use a bigger pole, but there is no reason for me to move up until I can be consistent on the 14'6". I am in no hurry to get on big poles. I want to dial in my technique and move up poles slowly so that I don't lose my technique. I have a lot to work on but these next couple of weeks I am going to be focusing on my run,take-off, and keeping things moving(No Hesitating). I dont know why the video did not come up again.
