Hey so I am going to be going out of town this today and will be gone till sunday to watch my sister dance at state. I thought it was next weekend, but I was wrong. I will be bringing P90X with me and I hope the Hotel has some kind of weight room so I can continue to lift at night. I will keep you posted. Well here is what I did today.
P90X: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
1)Standard Push ups- 30 Reps
2)Wide Front Pull ups w/ resistance bands- 30 Reps
3)Military Push ups- 20 Reps
4)Reverse Grip Chin ups w/ resistance bands- 20 Reps
5)Wide Fly Push ups- 25 Reps
6)Closed Grip Overhand Pull ups w/ resistance bands- 20 Reps
7)Decline Push ups- 14 Reps
8)Heavy Pants- 15 Reps
9)Diamond Push Ups- 20 Reps
10)Lawnmowers- 20 Reps
11)Dive Bomber Push ups- 11 Reps
12)Back Flys- 15 Reps
13)Wide Front Pull ups w/ resistance bands-25 Reps
14)Standard Push ups- 25 Reps
15)Reverse Grip Chin ups w/ resistance bands- 20 Reps
16)Military Push ups- 15 Reps
17)Closed Grip Overhand Pull ups w/ resistance bands- 20 Reps
18)Wide Fly Push ups- 20 Reps
19)Heavy Pants- 15 Reps
20)Decline Push ups- 14 Reps

Then I did Ab Ripper X which is 15 minutes
